SMOPL has a production capacity of 3,500 TPD and produces Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) and Pozzolana Portland Cement (PPC). The company's products are marketed through a dealer network and have a large market share in Nepal. KCPL has a current grinding capacity of 165,000 MTPA and produces OPC under two brands and PPC under five brands. The company's factory is located in Jhapa district of eastern Nepal. KCPL has adequate traction with retailers in the eastern region and is likely to support future sales.

The Nepali cement industry is expected to continue to grow in the coming years. This is due to the government's focus on infrastructure development, as well as the increasing demand for cement from the private sector.
